Production times vary depending on the garment and the complexity of the design. On average, made-to-measure pieces require several weeks to complete, as each item is crafted by hand with meticulous attention to detail.

Because each piece is individually crafted to your custom measurements, made-to-measure garments cannot be returned. However, we gladly accommodate necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

We provide specific care instructions tailored to the fabric and construction of your garment. Proper care—such as professional cleaning or gentle hand washing—will help maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.

Yes. Should your garment require adjustments after delivery or fitting, we offer alteration services to ensure the piece fits you perfectly.

If you visit our Munich atelier, we take your measurements professionally on-site. If you are unable to come to Munich, you may provide your measurements remotely, and we will guide you through the process to ensure accuracy.
